"It Beats Knitting Squares"

I came across a scientific article from the journal of Nursing Mirror titled
Games therapy: it beats knitting squares. What could be better than knitting squares? I imagine that this scientific article would have to do with knitting, rather than just having it in the title. Where is my access to the journal archives when I need it? I cannot justify purchasing this article to read it... but I will continue on my quest for scientific knitting articles.
