Microfluidics with Yarn

Microfluidics made of yarns and knots: from fundamental properties to simple networks and operations published in Lab Chip in 2011 shows a scientific article that is involves yarn! Safavieh and coworkers use cotton yarn and knots as the building blocks to make microfluidic circuits. This could be a way to make low cost microfluidic circuits!
